Little Swiss
Ice cream sticks (or teaspoons)
Honey (or agave syrup or maple syrup)
Berries or pieces of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, mango, etc.)

The preparation of ice cream:

Pour the contents of the Petits-Suisses into a plate or bowl and keep the empty jars (separate)
If you are using plain biscuits, add honey (or agave syrup, or maple syrup). If the petit-suisse is fragrant or sweet, it is not useful to add more.
Place some fruit against the wall of the jars
Fill the Petit-Suisse jars again with the preparation
Place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Demoulding :

When ready to serve, fill a cup with hot water
Immerse the pot in water for 10 sec so that the ice comes off the wall
Then turn the stick slightly to take the ice cream out of the pot
Enjoy without delay
